Objectives of PUP (Paris Universities Press)...

1. Paris Universities Press offers professors, instructors and researchers the option of taking full advantage of the possibilities offered by the digital revolution in academic book publishing.

2. In practical terms this means that it is possible today to publish top quality books in limited quantities (50 to 400 copies) at prices which were unimaginable several years ago. This is now possible due to the confluence of the net, layout software, increased computing power at the desktop level, etc.... all aspects of the digital revolution cited above.

3. Books: in this context ‘books’ includes everything from selected readings for a given course to Course Notes for students’ guidance, to the author's/instructor’s research on the course theme.
